Is the pricing based on per-user, or per-company?

The pricing you see listed at http://securedocman.com is per-organization. We have soft-limits on data storage and data transfer which are the only limits you will have between different plans. Similar to a cel-phone service, as you pass your soft-limits we will bill for the additional usage over what is covered in your plan or upgrade you to the next level.
