I have uploaded some documents and they are in the review stages, however we are having some confusion on editing and corrections.
If there are any corrections that need to be made, how is that done? Is everyone on the approval role able to see the comments of the first person?
Upon rejection, the uploader will receive an email with the rejection comment in the body of the message.
Regarding the corrections, if you have a document in a workflow that needs to be corrected you would reject the file. That will place the document back into a state where it can be checked-out by the author and they can then edit the document to re-attach the proper file (or change the meta-data). The rejected file revision will remain in the document history and listed as "Approved = No".
