This can be accomplished in a couple of ways:
- Using the Batch Actions tool on the Documents list (Admin Users)
- Editing the Document directly
Using the Batch Actions (Administrators Only):
- Visit the Documents page to see the list of documents.
- Locate the document(s) where you would like to re-assign the folder
- Place a checkmark next to each of the documents
- Click on the "Batch Actions" tool at the top of the upper-most checkbox
- Select "Update Folder for Selected"
- You will then choose the target folder and click OK
By Editing the Document:
- Visit the Documents page to see the list of documents.
- Locate the document you would like to edit and if needed, click Check-Out then Edit
- Scroll to the Folder section and select the new folder
- Click "Update Document" to save
