SecureDocMan On-Premises Installation

This document is intended for SecureDocMan On-Premises customers who are purchasing or have purchased an appropriate license through our sales team.

 

Requirements

  • Debian 7.7+
  • Ubuntu 14.04 / 15.10 / 16.04
  • Fedora 21 / 22
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5+
  • CentOS 6+
  • Amazon AMI 2014.03 / 2014.09 / 2015.03 / 2015.09 / 2016.03 / 2016.09
  • Oracle Linux 6.5+

System Specifications Minimums

  • Memory: 8GB
  • CPU Cores: 4
  • Disk Space: 20GB+
  • Additional storage as-needed for document storage

Licenses:

  • Installer license file
  • SecureDocMan App License file

Volume Locations:

The system will store upload documents in a folder located at /app/private. If you intend to utilize network attached storage this would be the mount-point to use.

Installation

To begin the installation process execute this command:

curl -sSL https://get.securedocman.com/docker | sudo bash

Follow the on-screen instructions to create the administrators console and then visit the URL provided to you at the end of the installation process.

Configuration

Once you have installed the system you will be able to visit your administrator console in your browser to configure the application further.

Administrator Account Name: Enter the full name you would like to use as your system administrator account.

Administrator Email:

Enter the email address for your system administrator account.

Administrator Password:

Enter the password for your system administrator account.

SecureDocMan License:

Upload the securedocman.lic file you received upon purchase of the software.

SMTP Hostname:

Enter the hostname of your SMTP mail server or service (ex. smtp.mailgun.com)

SMTP Username:

Enter the username that will be used to login to your remote SMTP service

SMTP Password:

Enter the password that will be used to login to your remote SMTP service
